Thank you for choosing “Hello, World!” STEM Center. We strive to provide excellent products and services to our customers.

2- No Refunds for Services Rendered

Services Rendered: We offer various services that are performed for you upon request. These services may include workshops, birthday parties, team building activities, classes, or any other service that requires our expertise and time.

Non-refundable Services: Due to the nature of the services provided, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Once the service has been provided, the transaction is considered final. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services, and if you have any concerns, please contact our customer support team to address the issue.

Missed Classes

  • Once a class has begun, no refunds will be provided, regardless of attendance. No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for classes missed by the student for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances.
  • Refunds for cancellations or closures will only apply to situations where no make-up session is available or offered.

Inclement Weather or Center Closures

  • In the event that the STEM Center is closed due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will either:
    • Pro-rate the class fee to account for the missed session, or
    • Offer a make-up session at a later date.
  • If a class has been paid for and no alternative session is scheduled, a refund will be issued for the value of the missed class, or can be applied to registration for an upcoming class.
